I’m a psychologist and a nutritionist. I’ve spent my life learning about meditation, breathwork and cold therapy from working with doctos, visiting various temples, climbing mountains to meeting wise gurus and swamis. I’ve had the luck to meet and spend time with genuine shamanistic tribes in Mexico and working alongside real life super humans, such as Wim Hof.
My biggest takeaway from all my travels and experiences has been that there is a vast amount of tools and techniques in the world and all of them are unique in their own way, but they’re mostly all oriented towards a similar outcome.
Everyone has their own angle or approach to the same thing. Today, I spend most of my time helping people I work with find and identify what works best for them, and helping establish their own rhythm, methodology and pace.
I specialise in stress, anxiety and depression. I help people surpass their fears, crush limiting beliefs, heal within and embark on the walks of life with confidence.

There are hundreds of different schools in breathwork that all have a slightly different approach. You’re not here to become a student of my methodology, you’re here to learn how to listen to your body and to find out what works for you. It is one of the most important aspects for making a lasting impact on your life.
You can learn anything on the internet, from making pancakes to building rockets. But when you start engineering rockets, you want to have someone by your side who holds your hand through the journey. Integrating what you learn during our sessions is a big part of what we focus on during our sessions and helps you create a systematic way of implementing breathwork into your day-to-day.

The whole experience was unique and undoubtedly life changing. I have worked with other instructors, but this was just a whole other story. I would have never even imagined that I am able to go into such a deep and silent state, even though I practice meditation for over 10 years of my life and combine it with all kinds of other practices. What I found powerful was how deep Victor’s voice could take me. The moment I arrived to the workshop I felt I was in an open space where I could trust the people around me, trust Victor and most importantly trust myself with confidence.
